COLANDEF’s growing partnership with the G20 on Gender Issues in Post/Mining Restoration started with co/hosting a roundtable conference in Takoradi in the Western Region. The conference took place from the 16th to 18th of May 2024, with 41 participants from 10 countries, brainstorming extensively on women’s diverse roles, challenges and issues in post-mining land restoration with Ghana as a case study.
